These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.forzax.com/ (the “Site”) and any related services provided by ForzaX (“ForzaX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

ForzaX is currently operating a waitlist/early-access experience for an upcoming marketplace concept. Some features described in these Terms may not be available yet and may change over time.

2) Eligibility

• Payment, shipping, return, and dispute policies
• Marketplace conduct and enforcement

We may update these Terms or add supplemental terms for new features.

5) User Content (Submissions)

If you submit content to us (such as messages, listing info, photos, or feedback), you:

• Confirm you have the rights to submit it, and it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• Grant ForzaX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the services (for example, to display listings if/when listings exist).

You are responsible for your submissions.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Post or transmit malware, spam, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Site without permission
• Interfere with site security or performance
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with ForzaX

We may investigate violations and take action, including suspending or blocking access.

7) Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForzaX and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims related to the Site will be limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
• $100 USD

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForzaX from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
